All The Trust Bank outlets are networked, offering its customers On-line Real Time banking services, which enable customers to transact business at their convenience at any branch nearest to them.

E-ZWICH SMART CARD

The e-zwich smartcard is a pre-loaded Debit Card which works both On-line and Off-line, allowing cardholders to pay for goods and services instantly from designated shops (merchants). The card is designed to provide holders the convenience of making purchases wherever the e-zwich smartcard poster/sign is displayed. It offers consumers an alternative to carrying large sums of cash for their day-to-day transactions and also provides them 24-hour access to their money. It is accepted at numerous business places (such as shops, restaurants, hotels, banks etc) throughout Ghana with a “money back” option from these outlets. After each transaction, the balance sitting on the smart card is immediately debited and credited to the merchant’s card in the POS.
